Receivership Orders
Having secretly obtained Receivership Orders on Mr. and Mrs Edgar the council then took on a legal duty of care pursuant to the Court of Protection however despite being provided with the Receiver's Handbook the council chose to ignore their legal responsibilities and allow the property to fall into disrepair, they also completely ignored formal complaints made to their Environmental Health department from David Edgar junior and concerned neighbors when a family of foxes took up residency in the rear garden which as the pictures below show had completely overgrown, needles to say Walsall Council ignored their legal responsibilities and formal complaints, their chums from the Guardianship Office and Local Government Ombudsman also ignored the formal complaints.
