Walsall Council Wheelie Bin Scam
Cash strapped Walsall Council have now come up with another ingenious money making scam:
Since Walsall Council are one of the few councils in England that charge £18 for a replacement wheelie bin they ensure your bin goes missing by dumping it in the back of their refuse truck then when you complain they demand £18 for a replacement.
Since Walsall Council have refused to replace the green wheelie bin which they lost the matter has now been reported to West Midlands Police and Lord Henley the Recycling Minister, meanwhile recycling materials are being left to blow all over the place.

This is the Hoodie who was caught red handed on CCTV when he climbed a wooden fence and then for no apparent reason proceeded to kick it, his master plan would have worked however he overlooked the fact that his hood was retracted when he walked strait into the lens of a number of CCTV cameras, having then come face to face with the cameras his powers of observation resulted in his comments....... " Sh*t....... they've got cameras" he then reverted to plan B by raising his hood in order to make good his escape!

REGISTERED AGAINST WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
Wolverhampton City Council came unstuck today when an illegal parking ticket which one of their officious Traffic Wardens issued ended in a County Court Judgement against the City Council. Having declared a no parking zone in a popular town centre car park which had been legally used by motorists for many years the City Council overlooked the fact that the law requires proper street signs to restrict parking.
Having then made the mistake of sticking a £70 parking ticket on David Edgar's vehicle the Chief Executive was subsequently told that his henchmen were acting unlawfully, not surprisingly the extremely embarrassed City Council then hastily withdrew the parking ticket and closed off the car park however they then refused to pay Mr. Edgar's reasonably costs, not surprisingly he then proceeded to successfully sue them for damages!
Having failed to enter a defence the City Council now have a County Court Judgement registered against them and since they are still ignoring the Court Order an Application has now been made for a Warrant of Execution, this will be subsequently enforced by Court Bailiffs who have the authority to cease City Council property.
ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN ISSUED WITH A PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE ON THIS CAR PARK OR HAS PAID THE FINE SHOULD WRITE TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND DEMAND A FULL REFUND

28th November 2008.... Having been informed by the Local Government Ombudsman that the they are now under investigation the spiteful council then retaliate by creating environmental health risks when they refuse to remove domestic refuse, although written complaints were made to the Chief Executive and the council's Environmental Health Department both have been completely ignored.
Pictures of vermin spreading diseases will be published as the environmental health risks increase, anyone that is bitten by rabid rats or foxes should seek immediate medical help and then proceed to sue Walsall Council for personal injuries.
29th August 2008.... Walsall Council finally disclose that they receive £97,851 a year from Speed Camera revenues but claim all the public money is used on "road safety projects" however considering Walsall Council have the worst and most dangerous roads in the UK this is difficult to believe which is why they have been formally asked to provide detailed accounts of how and where the public money is spent in addition to proof that the alleged "road safety projects" are effective, unfortunately they were less than effective for this

23rd July 2008.... Local Government Ombudsman orders Walsall Council to follow their complaints procedure.
18th July 2008.... More formal complaints of Maladministration and Procedural Impropriety made against Walsall Council to The Local Government Ombudsman.
Council put on notice pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to disclose the income they are believed to receive from selling private and confidential information from the official Electoral Register to marketing companies, they have also been put on notice to declare the revenue they are believed to receive from Speed Cameras.

From bear baiting to bare breasted women this council has it all....observe the council crest which is printed on their stationary, here a bear is seen in the bear baiting position but no shackles, chains or muzzles ? now take a look at the previous version which was only changed recently, although bear baiting has been abolished elderly abuse has now replaced it.
Also note the stone sculptures on their town hall where numerous degrading statues of topless women can be seen all over the building, although Walsall council are no strangers to cover-ups even they are having a real problem to cover this one up....we believe the council are now seeking a concrete bra manufacturer.
